Accessibility Statement
Last Updated: November 27, 2025
Bail Link LLC is committed to making the BailLink platform usable by as many people as possible, including individuals with disabilities. Bail is a stressful, time-sensitive process — and the people who need it most are often under the greatest pressure. We believe accessibility is part of treating those users with respect.
Our Commitment
We make ongoing, good-faith efforts to align the BailLink platform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and to follow accessibility principles consistent with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) as applied to commercial digital services. While we do not claim full conformance — and accessibility on the modern web is always a work in progress — we treat accessibility as a continuous engineering practice rather than a one-time project.
What We Do
- Design with keyboard navigation in mind so users who do not use a mouse can complete core workflows
- Maintain meaningful color contrast and avoid relying on color alone to convey information
- Provide descriptive labels on form fields and buttons used by indemnitors and defendants
- Structure pages with proper headings and landmarks so screen readers can navigate the experience
- Test against major modern browsers and assistive technologies during development
- Offer an accessibility assistance widget on our public site to help adjust display preferences (text size, contrast, spacing, and similar options)
Where We Have Limitations
Some areas of the Service involve third-party components (payment forms, mapping, embedded signing) that we do not fully control. We choose vendors that publish accessibility commitments, but their conformance is independent of ours. Generated PDF documents are produced from legal templates and may not always be fully tagged for screen-reader navigation; we can provide an alternative-format copy on request.
Getting Help
If you have trouble accessing or using any part of the Service — or if you need a document or piece of information delivered in an alternative format — please reach out and we will work with you to provide what you need. There is no cost for accessibility accommodations.

Ongoing Improvement
